Shipping policy

We want our customers to have the freshest cookies possible. This is why we have partnered with FedEx to make sure that you get your cookies within one day of your order being prepared, no matter where you are in Canada.

Orders are prepared Monday to Thursday and shipped Tuesday to Friday.

If you place your order on Monday afternoon, you will receive it by Wednesday. If you want to receive your order on Friday, you should place it on Wednesday.

We wish to make it as easy as possible for our customers to receive fresh cookies and this is the best way to make sure everybody in Canada gets to have the same service.

All of our cookies are baked fresh in our facility in Montreal, QC

However, local delivery is offered from Monday to Saturday throughout greater Montreal. Local delivery times are not guaranteed, we'll do our best to honour your demand but without guaranteeing it.
