We are presently changing over from the individually cut pieces of frozen cookie dough to large chunks of dough in a bulk format. We truly believe that this makes a difference to improve the quality both visually and taste-wise. We ship this product refrigerated, and it can be kept in your fridge for up to 3 months, or in your freezer for up to 18 months. When refrigerated, simply break pieces of dough to the desired size, we recommend about 30 grams or one ounce each. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a 350F oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
